Landlord Fees

1. LET FEE covering advertising of the property, assisted viewings, preparation of the inbound inventory, tenant vetting. The let fee is 60 % inc vat of the first month’s rent .The Let only service is 90 % inc vat of the first month’s rent. 1st Sales and Letting reserve the right to introduce seasonal offers and introductory rates, not exceeding standard charges.

We are members of the Client Money protection scheme. Please see our certificate here
 

2. MANAGEMENT FEE - Fully managed fee is 10% inc vat per month. 1st Sales and Letting reserve the right to lower the management fee at any time.
